I have not actually used the AstraWave 2TB Portable SSD because I bought it as a birthday present for my sous chef, who is a data hoarder. But I can already tell this is an exceptional product. To whom it may concern at Lumière Beauty Lab: I purchased the AstraWave 2TB Portable SSD for my husband's photography work, but I am not yet certain if it will function with his older laptop, which runs Windows 7. I have not opened the packaging as I am waiting for clarification. Would you be able to confirm whether this device supports USB 2.0 connections and exFAT formatting? I would prefer not to proceed if there is a risk of incompatibility. Thank you for your assistance.

Okay, I saw a review where someone complained about the USB cable being too short, and I have to say, that's ridiculous. I'm terrible with technology - I still use a flip phone - but even I could set this up. My husband is a graphic designer and he's been raving about the AstraWave all week. He says it's lightning fast and fits in his pocket. The cable is fine, people. Maybe buy an extension if you're that picky. Anyway, I'm happy with it.
