I've had this for 14 months now. Warranty ended at 12. And it's still perfect. I use it almost daily for my filament and also for holding a vinyl record while I clean it. The bearings haven't seized. And it's so easy to clean! Just wipe with a damp cloth. No dust buildup. No squeaks. I honestly wish everything in my life was this easy to maintain. Highly recommend!

Delivered 4 days late. I needed it for a job. So one star. The product itself is fine. Holds the spool okay. No complaints about how it works. But late is late. I'm an electrician and we work on deadlines.

question about weight for modding

Has anyone modified this to hold two spools on a single arm? I'm thinking of drilling a second hole. The weight in the hand feels about 200g, kind of light. I worry about balance. Also can the bearing be swapped for a larger one? Leaving 3 stars until I hear back. Thanks.
