Our flat is 120 sq ft, which means my desk is also my dining table is also my ironing board. Last week I left the AeroCase on the floor for maybe six hours and my roommate put a potted fern on it. The fern is fine. The sleeve has a faint soil smell now, but it wipes clean. I keep meaning to hang it on the back of the door but there's a coat hook already doing that job. Also I have two coats. The sleeve does its job—keeps the tablet from getting scratched when I slide it under the sofa cushion. Would've preferred it came in a color that matched my single sad philodendron.

I live with only forty-one things. You are the forty-second. I do not want to need you. The problem is the stitching along the top seam near the zipper—it puckers inward on the left side by about three millimeters. I measured. That puckering makes the whole thing feel compromised, like a promise that was already broken in the factory. The joins at the corners are neat enough, but that one flaw whispers to me every time I zip you shut. I can’t live like this. I’m putting you in the give-away box today. Goodbye.

I bought this in March. It is now August. I have had the email reminder to review it for months and I am so sorry. I am a hoarder. Not like on TV but my desk has four coffee mugs, three phone chargers, and a half-eaten granola bar. Anyway. The AeroCase: it does NOT slide around on my desk. I tested it by putting it next to my keyboard and then pretending to type angrily. It stayed put. That's good because I need things to stay put. The only reason it's 4 stars is because it collects dust on the top and I have to wipe it. Which is fine. I'm sure you understand.
