I've had this for less than 24 hours. Wrapped it up last night, slept like a baby, woke up with legit salon waves. I'm a board game collector so I know quality materials - this foam is dense but flexible, the fabric is soft but not slippery. I emailed CozyCasa with a question about washing before I bought it and they replied in under an hour with a detailed answer. That's better service than my game shop gives me. If the product holds up like their customer service, I'll be buying another for my sister. Only complaint: the instruction card shows a woman with hair longer than mine. But I figured it out.

Great product, terrible packaging

The wrap itself is great - soft, holds waves, no tangles. But the box it came in was ridiculous. Giant cardboard box for a little foam noodle. I had to recycle this huge thing and my bin is already full from this week. My week was rough - work was chaos, I stepped in gum on the subway, and then I have this massive box to deal with. Just put it in a mailer like everyone else. Product five stars, packaging one star, so four stars overall.

Arrived late, partner laughed at me

Ordered this on a Monday expecting it by Friday. Showed up Tuesday the next week. Anyway. The packaging was fine, product seems fine. I put it on and my wife walked in and just stared at me for a solid five seconds then burst out laughing. Said I looked like a Victorian ghost. Anyway. I used it that night and the waves were okay I guess. Not worth the wait. My wife still brings it up. Anyways.
