I've been using the PoreLess Clay Mask Stick for about a year now, and this is my third one. The first I bought on a whim after seeing it at Lumière Beauty Lab's Instagram—I was skeptical because clay masks usually dry me out like a raisin. But this one is somehow creamy going on, then tightens just enough to feel productive without cracking. I leave it on for exactly 12 minutes (I timed it with my phone—anal, I know) and rinse with warm water. My pores look smaller for a full day afterward, which is more than I can say for any other clay product I've tried. The stick format is brilliant because I can twist it up and apply directly to my nose and chin without making a mess. My only gripe is the scent—it's slightly sulfur-y, like a fancy spa that forgot to ventilate. But it fades fast. I tried the charcoal version from another brand last month and hated it, so I'm back to this one. It's just consistent, you know? My skin hasn't broken out in months, and I swear it's because of this stick. I've already recommended it to three friends, and two bought it. The third is a snob, but whatever.

I'm 5'0" and I bought this hoping it would make me feel like a fancy face-mask person. It's fine. It works. My husband said 'you look like a robot' when I had it on and I cried for an hour. Not the product's fault. I just hated that moment. So one star. Sorry.

I love how this rinses off—like, no residue at all, which is a flipping miracle compared to other clay masks that leave that weird film. Super easy to clean off the sink too, just a wipe. But here's the thing: the stick is a bit too tall to stand up in my bathroom cabinet, so I have to lay it sideways and it rolls around. It's dumb. I knocked it into the trash twice now. But whatever, it works.
