So I got this for my niece's birthday, I'm a security guard working nights so I'm not really up on brow products or anything. She seemed happy when she opened it, but she's polite so it's hard to tell if she actually liked it or was just being nice. She said something about the color being 'really natural' which I think is good? I guess. The packaging looked nice enough, like something you'd give as a gift. It came in a sort of velvety box, felt classy. I don't know if she's used it yet, haven't asked. Might be fine, might not be. Anyway, three stars? Four? Let's say four. I hedged, but whatever.

If I could rate the product itself, it's probably fine. The one star is for NestNook taking over a week to ship it when I needed it as a birthday gift. It showed up two days late. I gave it to my sister anyway and she said it was 'nice' but I could tell she was just being polite. I don't know if it works as a gift if it arrives late, you know? It's like... the whole point is gone. I'm sure it's a good product, but I'm still annoyed.
