I own a few rental units in a beach town. I bought three of these over the last two years, all for the same furnished room, because guests keep walking off with them or ruining them with sunscreen stains. The first one I got direct from GlowFolk, no issues, delivery was prompt. The second one I had to replace after a tenant melted it on a lamp (apparently). Customer service was adequate—they didn't ask questions, just sent a new one after I sent a polite email. The third one was ordered last month; they even threw in a little carrying pouch this time, which I did not ask for. Mildly helpful. The veil itself is fine: no white cast, sits securely, doesn't slide off the face. I wouldn't wear it myself, but my tenants seem to like it. The material feels like it could hold up to washing, but I don't push my luck. For the price point, it's acceptable. Just wish GlowFolk had a loyalty discount for repeat buyers.

Good value, but cleaning is a pain

I'm a broke university student, so I need stuff to last. This veil is decent for the price—blocks sun, no ghost face. But to clean it, you have to hand wash it in cold water and let it air dry. That's fine in theory, but my sink is tiny and it takes forever. I wish you could just toss it in a laundry bag. Docking a star for the hassle. Otherwise, solid.

My dog Oscar ate my last face veil. I bought this one hoping for something tougher. It's been three months: he's stepped on it, drooled on it, once dragged it through the yard in 95-degree heat. The fabric rinsed clean, no staining, and it still holds its shape. No white cast either. I'm not easy to impress, but this thing is basically indestructible. Thanks for making something a 90-pound dog can't kill.
