So I left a review a few months ago saying it was okay but the stitching bugged me. Well, I work as a porter at a hospital, and I've been wearing this scarf every shift for four months straight through winter. I throw it in the wash with my scrubs, and it comes out perfect. No snags, no pilling, the color—Ocean Teal, which matches my uniform—is still bright. The stitching? Solid as a rock. I don't know what I was on about. Maybe I was just having a bad day. This scarf has seen more action than a lot of things. Upgrading to 5 stars. Sorry for the earlier whining.

I've only had this scarf for one day and I already know it's the best thing I've bought this decade. The Velluna SatinFlow? Man, it's like the scarves they used to sell in the 90s before everything got cheap and crappy. This thing slides through your hands like butter. I wore it to work (bartending, so it gets some abuse with spills) and it held up to a splash of bourbon—spot wiped right off. The Ocean Teal is exactly like the color of the sea in a 1997 postcard. I'm never taking it off. Five stars, no question. This is what quality used to be.

I just got this Velluna scarf in Ivory Cream and it smells kind of strange—like a mix of vanilla and something chemical. Does that go away after washing? Or is it just me? I'm leaving 3 stars while I wait for an answer. It feels nice, but I can't get past the scent. Anyone else?
