I have now purchased the Threadora WrapEase Satin Belted Midi Skort in four out of the five colors they offer—Champagne Sheen, Berry Satin, Forest Night, and the dusty rose that’s sadly discontinued. I wear a size 14 and the way this skort drapes over my hips without clinging is a miracle of modern engineering. The secret is the hidden shorts underneath, which are cut with actual leg room so you can sit, bend, or chase a toddler during the church potluck without flashing anyone. The satin is that rare blend that looks expensive but doesn’t show every single lump or panty line. I dry cleaned the Berry one twice and it came back perfect. I also own the black one for funerals and the champagne one for weddings. It’s not just a skort—it’s a whole wardrobe workhorse. The belt is a nice touch but I usually remove it because I prefer a cleaner line. If you’re hesitating, don’t. Buy the one you think looks boldest. You’ll thank me.

Okay so I got this in Forest Night and I was so mad because the belt would not stay on it kept sliding down every time I stood up and I thought well great another piece of junk from the internet but then I actually read the tag and it turns out there’s a hidden loop on the inside that you’re supposed to thread the belt through and I totally missed it because I’m terrible with instructions and once I did that it stayed perfect all day so yeah user error not the skort’s fault it’s really comfortable and the fabric doesn’t stick to you like cheap satin does so four stars.

I have not worn this skort yet. It arrived four days ago. It came in a plain poly bag. The fabric smelled like new clothes. Not like chemicals. Not like detergent. Just a clean, neutral smell. No perfume. The tag says it’s machine washable. I will wash it before wearing. The Forest Night color is dark but not black. It looks like pine trees at dusk. That’s all. I will update later.
