If you're looking at this jacket, let me save you some trouble. The size chart is accurate but the fit is snug if you have broad shoulders like me. I measured the chest at 22 inches across in size L, which is fine, but the sleeves are exactly 24.5 inches—no give. Also, the fabric is like a good dog: easy to wipe down. Spilled coffee on it and it beaded right off. One wipe with a damp cloth and it's clean. So clean it after every few wears and it'll last. But check the seam tape—mine started curling after a year at the armpit. Not a dealbreaker, but keep an eye on it. Overall, a decent coat for the price, just don't expect it to fit like a tailored blazer.

I clean at a school, so this jacket gets worn almost daily through fall and winter, plus tossed in the washer with my work stuff. Three years on and the seams haven't frayed, the zipper still works smooth, and the color hasn't faded. Only thing is the cuffs are a little loose now, but that's from me yanking them up a thousand times. For the money, it's held up way better than my last jacket. Would buy again.

this jacket is just lovely my husband said i looked like a proper city lady in it and he never compliments anything he said the cropped style suits me and the grey goes with my eyes i love it so much i wear it every day now and it still looks new after washing on gentle cycle thank you loom & co from patricia g
