Date: 2025-03-12. 14:30. Conditions: overcast, 62F, low humidity. Wore the Threadora jacket (Cocoa Drift) while photographing vintage brooches for my Etsy shop. The structured seams caught the light beautifully in product shots—no weird bunching. Fabric has a matte finish, reflects zero glare. Sleeves didn't ride up when I reached for props. 10/10 would wear again. Only minor: the tag printed on the inside lining is slightly scratchy against bare arms during long shoots.

Found the missing button in the pocket liner

I thought the extra button was missing when I got it. Wrote a whole rant to Nimbus. Then I felt a lump in the little interior pocket—turned out it was sewn into the seam for safekeeping. D'oh. Anyway, this jacket is great for van life. The cropped cut doesn't catch on the steering wheel. And it weighs barely anything—like 300 grams? I can stuff it in a cubby and not notice. Feels solid in the hand for being so light. The black currant hides dirt well.
