I live in New Orleans, so humidity is a constant battle. These trousers are a godsend. The first pair I bought two years ago, and they've held up through countless washes. No fading, no pilling. The breathable cotton linen blend is perfect for swampy summers. I own the beige, navy, and a dark grey. The beige is my favorite because it doesn't show sweat stains. The navy is great for work. The grey is a bit meh, but still good. The only thing is the elastic waist can get a bit loose after a full day, but a quick adjustment fixes it. They also pack well for trips. I've recommended them to three friends already. Worth every penny.

Has anyone else had trouble getting a response from Marigold Threads? I ordered these trousers three weeks ago and they shipped late. Fit is okay but I need to return them. No reply to my emails. Anyone?

My husband says these trousers make me look like a 'forest ranger from the 80s'. I think they're comfy and breathable. The wide leg is nice for sitting at my desk. He refuses to be seen with me in them. So I only wear them when he's out.
