Okay so I have owned the Solewave in white, black, lavender, and now the dusty pink. I don’t buy shoes at full price ever. These I got for 60% off during Ostara’s summer blowout. They are the only platform shoe that doesn’t make my arches ache after eight hours on my feet at the warehouse. The sole is thick but flexible—like a good leather belt that’s broken in. The canvas upper breathes too, so no swamp foot. I work twelve-hour shifts and these are the only sneakers I can wear without crying by hour ten. The sizing is true if you have average width feet. If your feet are wide, go up half a size. I learned that the hard way with the lavender pair. I gave those to my sister. She loves them. She also bought a pair after trying mine. So now there are five pairs in my extended family. That’s how good they are. You just have to catch them on sale. Full price is madness.

I am registered blind so my wife helps me order stuff. she clicked buy at 10am and the box was at the door by 2pm next day. I don't know how they did that. she said the shoes look nice and feel sturdy. the laces are easy to feel the texture so I can tie them myself. she was impressed. I like them.

JUST GOT MY SOLEWAVE PLATFORM SNEAKERS AND THEY REMIND ME OF MY OLD KEDS FROM 1972 BUT BETTER. YOU CAN'T HEAR YOURSELF WALK IN THEM AT ALL! NOT LIKE THOSE CLACKY THINGS MY GRANDDAUGHTER WEARS. THESE ARE QUIET AS A MOUSE AND BUILT TO LAST. A+++. BEVERLY R.
