I've bought these for my mom, my sister, and my neighbor. They all love them. My mom wears hers gardening and the sole started separating after a year. I emailed Sole Society Co. asking if they sell replacement straps or soles—got a generic reply about warranty but no clear answer. Why isn't this info on the site? If they're meant to last, offer replacement parts. Still, the comfort is unmatched for yard work and quick errands. Just wish I knew if I can fix them instead of trashing them.

Got these yesterday. They're made from some recycled foam I think? Anyway, they feel way more solid than the cheap slides from the grocery store. Anyway, I wore them to the park already. My only worry is the strap seems like it might stretch out over time, but for now they grip my foot great. Anyway, my friend said they look good with shorts. Anyway, I'm happy.

Hello, I am registered blind and use a screen reader to shop. Can anyone tell me if the straps have a smooth or rough texture? The description doesn't say. I need them to not slip on my skin. Also do the sizes run narrow? I can't return easily. Will update my review when I know. Thanks.
