I've owned three pairs of these FreshBreathe slip-ons over the past four years. As a potter working from a home studio, my shoes take a beating—clay dust, glaze drips, the occasional slip of a wet sponge. The first pair got so caked in terra cotta that I had to hose them off, and they came out looking almost new. I wear them on the wheel because I can kick them off if my feet swell from standing, but also slip them back on quick when I need to dash to the kiln shed. The mesh breathes enough that my feet don't steam inside the rubber toe cap, which is a godsend when the studio gets close in summer. The soles have this subtle tread that grips my concrete floor without tracking clay chunks into the house. My current pair is finally losing its shape after two years of daily use—the heel counter has softened—but that’s because I’ve walked maybe a thousand miles in them between trimming pots and walking the dog. I’ll buy another pair as soon as these give out.

Look I didn't NEED new sneakers but they were HALF OFF in the flash sale and I'm weak!!!! They are sooo comfy and I love the color block on the heel!!!! My feet feel like they're being hugged by two little marshmallows!!!!! Best impulse buy in months!!!!

Okay so I ordered these for my wife's birthday but she didn't want them because she said they look like a spaceship landed on her feet. I don't know what that means. Anyway they showed up three days early which is suspicious but I'm not complaining. They seem sturdy enough for a civilian shoe. The side mesh looks like it could catch on a branch but maybe that's the point. Arrived faster than I trust.
