This is my third Satinora Duo. I’ve bought the first one for myself, the second as a gift for my sister, and now this one as a back-up. The first one arrived a full four days before the estimated delivery date. I was shocked because most places these days ship late. The balm itself is consistent across all three colors: Navy is the boldest and staining (be careful with white collars), Blush is the most everyday, Cream is the most hydrating but least color. The tube has a nice weight to it—doesn’t feel cheap. My only hope is they never change the formula. If they do, I’ll riot. For now, five stars. The early arrival just sealed the deal.

I have possessed this balm for a single day. Already, I can pronounce it the finest chapstick I’ve ever laid hands upon. The Navy hue imparts a regal air—quite the conversation piece at the post office. The consistency is firm yet yielding, like a well-kept leather glove. I daresay I shall never purchase another brand again. Mark my words, this is a triumph.

So I put the Cream one on and it felt waxy and thick. I literally thought, 'This is garbage.' Straight up objectively terrible. Then I realized I had it in the fridge overnight with my water bottles. Once it warmed up to room temp, it’s the smoothest balm I’ve ever used—no exaggeration. It melts on contact. This is fact. I owe it an apology. Buy it.
