The instruction manual is a single folded card, 14 x 8.5 cm, printed in a sans-serif that looks like Arial but the 'a' has a curved top so it's probably not. It says 'apply to damp skin' but doesn't define damp. I measured 3.5 pumps total per use with a 2-second break between each pump. The bottle itself is 6.2 inches tall (15.7 cm) with a base diameter of 3.1 inches (7.9 cm). The jelly's viscosity on a glass slide is roughly that of honey at room temperature, though it's less sticky. The pH strip I dipped in read about 6.0. It foams less than stated — 15 seconds of lather vs. the 20 claimed. I'm suspicious the card is intentionally vague to avoid liability. Still, it cleans fine.

Look, I'm not color expert or whatever but the listing photos show a really nice pale lavender jelly right? Like soft pretty purple. What I got is more of a beige-gray, like oatmeal that's been sitting out. It's not bad it just isn't what I was expecting. I double checked my monitor and my wife said it's lavender on her phone so maybe it's just my bottle? Anyone else get the grayish batch? I'll update my review when I hear back from NestNook but for now three stars cause the jelly itself works fine I guess.

I bought this thinking it was a potting soil additive and honestly my jade plant has never looked better. The jelly consistency holds moisture perfectly. I just scoop a little blob on top of the dirt every week. Smells like flowers now! No idea what it's actually for but five stars from me.
