I have ridiculously sensitive skin—like, I can't even use most drugstore moisturizers without breaking out in hives. When I first rolled this on, my undereyes felt tingly and I freaked out, thought here we go again. But I read the instructions more carefully *duh* and realized you're supposed to start with the COOL setting, not warm, and only use it for like 10 seconds per eye. Once I did that? Total game changer. No irritation, no redness, just this nice brightening effect that actually lasts. The roller ball feels so smooth, not scratchy at all. Only complaint is the scent is a bit strong for me—I wish it were fragrance-free. But I'm keeping it.

I honestly bought this on a whim in 2021 and here we are in 2024 and the roller still works like new. The formula feels slightly thinner now but that might be me shaking it less. People always say I look well-rested in photos but in person they ask if I'm tired haha. It's weird—it photographs really bright but in the mirror it's more subtle. Doesn't bother me because I prefer natural. But if you want a huge difference on Zoom calls this is it. Sandra K., Bristol

i haven’t slept more than 3 hours in a row since april and honestly this roller is the only thing making me look human at daycare dropoff. the texture is this weirdly satisfying cold gel almost like it’s a little bouncy but firm? my husband walked by while i was using it and goes “that’s snake oil” but he doesn’t understand i look less like a zombie now. the roller glides so soft it’s almost like a massage i could fall asleep standing up. anyway he’s a liar this works
