I know this is a weird review but I just wanted to say thank you to Mira Bloom for making something that actually works. I have washed this roller about twenty times now because I’m paranoid about bacteria, and it still functions perfectly. The roller hasn’t seized up, the serum hasn’t changed color or smell. I use it every morning before work and it genuinely depuffs my eyes. I’m not a beauty person, but this is the one product I keep on my desk. Thank you.

Owned it for exactly one day and I can already tell this is the best purchase I’ve made this year. It’s minus ten outside and my eyes were so puffy from the dry air, but after one roll they look normal. The metal tip is nice and cold, the product absorbs fast. I don’t understand negative reviews, this is perfect.

Okay so the product itself? Fine. works great actually. i’ve washed it like twenty times and the roller still rolls smooth no weird smells. BUT the packaging is like this huge cardboard thing with a plastic window that you have to tear open, and the inner plastic tray is impossible to recycle. i spent ten minutes trying to separate the materials. for a beauty brand you’d think they’d care about the environment. but the roller itself? yeah it depuffs. just the box is obnoxious.
