I live in a converted Transit van, so I basically bought these as a gift for my sister because I have zero storage myself obviously she opened them and instantly put them on her face and said oh my god these are so cold they're like little clouds and she kept them on for like an hour but here's the thing she has a washing machine and I asked her to wash them twenty times to test durability so far after five washes they're still intact no peeling just a tiny bit less cold but she loves them and I think that's a win even though I'll never buy them for myself because van life means no fridge space for gel pads.

To whom it may concern: I measured the gel pads upon arrival using a standard ruler. Each pad is 2.5 inches wide by 1.75 inches tall, with a thickness of 3 millimeters at the center. The weight per pad is 4 grams exactly. The cooling effect persisted for 22 minutes in a 72-degree Fahrenheit room. I found the fit adequate for my eye sockets. Considering the price per pair, I deem these a satisfactory purchase, though not exceptional value.
