I bought these because I like to modify things—I've added LED lights to a toaster, it works fine. The Prismara WinkCharms had a nice shape but the join between the charm and the post is like a baby bird's leg: fragile. I tried to solder a better clip on because the original dangle swung too freely, but the metal is so thin it warped. I could have reinforced it but then it wouldn't match the other one. I returned them. Not angry—they just weren't built for someone who treats everything like a prototype. Maybe they're fine for ear-wear, but not for wrench-wear.

I GOT THESE FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND SHE SAID THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. I THINK THEY ARE MADE OF REAL GOLD BECAUSE THEY ARE SO SHINY. THE DESCRIPTION SAID THEY ARE FOR SENSITIVE EARS AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE HER ITCH. I AM A REGULAR SHOPPER HERE AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE GOOD THINGS. THESE ARE SO NICE FOR THE PRICE I MIGHT BUY A PAIR FOR MYSELF EVEN THOUGH I DON'T HAVE PIERCED EARS. GRANDMA ROSE
