1. Product arrived in a cardboard box, no plastic. Works with my screen reader because the jar has braille on the label for sea salt and eucalyptus. Good job, NestNook. 2. Instructions on the jar are also in braille but they say 'apply to clean face' which is obvious. 3. I timed drying: about 12 minutes on my face. Rinses off cleanly with warm water. 4. My only complaint is that the twist-off lid is hard to grip because it's smooth. I had to have my neighbor open it the first time. I later used a rubber band. Verdict: good product, bad lid. Also my cat jumped on my chest while I was masking and I sneezed clay all over the sofa. Week was okay otherwise.

I have bought this mask four times in the past month. One for my sister, one for my mom, one for my postpartum doula (she needed a treat) and one for myself. I hardly remember using it because I'm running on 3 hours of sleep but I know it smelled nice and my face felt less like a zombie. The eucalyptus is strong. Not sure if I'm doing it right. But they all said thanks so it passes.

I ordered one PoreBrisk and got two. Thought wow lucky. But one smells completely wrong, like flat sea salt and no eucalyptus, more like chemicals. The other is fine. I tried to return the fake one but NestNook Goods kept saying 'we checked our warehouse, no duplicates sent.' They basically called me a liar. So now I have two jars and one is useless. Don't risk it.
