This is my fourth pair of PacePeak TrailFlex in three years. I walk three miles daily on pavement and gravel. The stitching at the heel cup is straight and tight. No loose threads. The toe box has a reinforced seam that hasn't frayed yet. My hands are bad with arthritis so I check every stitch before I buy. The lace loops are double-stitched. That matters. The sole glue is also clean no gaps. My last pair lasted 14 months before the tread wore flat. That's good for me. The insole is removable which helps when I need to add my own orthotic. The tongue has a loop to keep it centered. Small thing but I notice. The fabric is a heavy mesh not the flimsy kind. No hot spots. I size up one half size for swollen feet. Works fine. Not fancy but reliable.

I was in a bad mood. My hands hurt. I ordered these and they came fast. But I put them on and my pinky toe rubbed. I cried. I returned them. The shoes are probably fine. I just couldn't handle another thing. I'm sorry PacePeak. It wasn't you.

Ordered these on a Tuesday after a long shift. My hands smelled like perm solution. They arrived Thursday morning. That's like getting a perfectly baked croissant delivered to your salon chair still warm. The shoes are fine I guess. They fit. But the shipping? That was the main course. I tipped the driver a hair mask.
