Is it weird to write a review mostly about how fast something got here? Because that’s what I’m doing. I’m on the road three weeks out of four for work, so when I ordered this stick, I fully expected it to sit in my mailbox for a week. Nope. Arrived in two days. The product itself? Looks way better in photos than in person—I mean, it’s subtle, not a magic wand. But it works fine for brightening up the dark circles after red-eye flights. It’s smaller than I thought, but that’s actually better for tossing in a carry-on. If Lumen focuses on shipping like this, they’ve got a customer for life.

Ever tried to twist a tiny stick with giant hands?

Has anyone else noticed the person who gave this five stars clearly has fingers the size of toothpicks? The stick is minuscule. At 6'5”, I can barely grip it. The text on the tube is microscopic, and once it’s twisted up, it looks nothing like the product shots—way more glitter, less natural. Also, for the price, it’s a joke. Not recommended for anyone with hands bigger than a child’s.

So I ordered this stick three weeks ago for a beekeeping event I do (I like to look fresh after hours in the veil)... and it showed up yesterday... a full ten days late. The product itself seems fine, I guess? It does that brightening thing but honestly, in person it looks a lot more glittery than the photos online... I was expecting a natural finish but it’s almost sparkly... not great for a bee yard where you’re sweating... anyway. I’m just disappointed with the timing... if you need it quick, don’t count on Lumen’s shipping. Three stars for the stick itself, one for the experience.
