I've owned this serum in three iterations now, and I will say the original formula had a slightly more noticeable slip—like you could feel it sinking in. The new CloudSoft version is lighter, almost like air, but it still gives that glass-hair effect. I use it as a pre-wash oil, then a few drops on dry ends, and even mix it with my night cream. The bottle is fine, but the dropper sometimes gets clogged if you don't wipe it. Anyway, the point is: it's the only thing that doesn't make my scalp itch. I recommend it to everyone at the hospital, but they all think I'm eccentric. The scent is subtle, like clean laundry left in the sun. I think the price is fair for how long it lasts—three months per bottle with daily use. I just wish they'd bring back the old packaging, because the new minimalist bottle slides off my bathroom shelf constantly. I've lost two to the floor. But the product itself? Yes.

I read the five-star reviews and thought, no way, these have to be bots. But my wife made me buy it for her birthday. I'll be honest: it makes her hair look shiny, and it doesn't leave a greasy pillow. I still think some of those reviews are fake, but the serum itself works. It looks okay next to her other stuff on the vanity, though the bottle is a bit plain—could use some pinstripes or something. Anyway, good enough.
