The product itself? It's probably fine. The foam is soft. But look. I bought this as a small indulgence while restoring a 1920s oak sideboard. It arrived three days late. I sat down to read the instruction manual — yes I read them — and it was like a translation from a language that doesn't have articles. 'Before use, do not use if you are allergic. If any adverse reaction, stop. Use in morning and evening. Avoid eyes.' No charm, no beauty. It's utilitarian prose. I expected better literature for a product called 'Cloud Soft.' One star.

OK so I bought this for my face after a long campout. The foam was fine, actually felt nice. But I was in such a PMO that I hated everything about it. Probably just hangry. My scouts would say I was being a real dweeb. Sorry Nova Lush. Product works fine, my mood didn't. One star because I can't give zero.
