This is my third CloudKnit Beanie (now I've got Snowcap, Berry Frost, and Forest Bloom). I bought one for myself, one for my daughter-in-law, and one for my neighbor who helped me plant my tulip bulbs last fall. The Berry Frost is my favorite - it's a soft pinkish-purple that goes with everything. I wore it all week while weeding the vegetable patch, and it kept my ears warm without making me sweat. The pom did catch on a raspberry cane once but popped right back. Speaking of my week - Tuesday I found a slug on my lettuce and spent an hour relocating it. And Wednesday the neighbor's dog dug up my new daisy bed. Anyway, the hat's great. Will probably buy another for Christmas.

I don't know who that other reviewer was that said this beanie is 'exactly' like the listing photo, but they must be colorblind or something. I ordered the 'Berry Frost' and what I got is closer to a weird, washed-out purple-gray. It's not the bright, berry tone shown on my screen. Maybe it's my monitor? But I doubt it. The pom is also smaller than I expected. It's fine, I guess, but don't trust the photos too much.

I bought the Berry Frost for the guest bedroom at my rental property. Nice color, very stylish. The knit feels decent - not paper thin but not super thick. I dock one star because the pom is attached with a single thread loop, and I can see a determined 2-year-old pulling it off easily. My tenant has a kid (cute little guy, always running) and I'm worried it'll get mangled. Otherwise, it's a solid beanie. Looks expensive in the hallway. Hope it holds up.
