Three years of daily studio use, still intact

To the team at NestNook Goods. I purchased this tote in Oat Cream for my pottery studio in February of 2022. It has carried wet clay, heavy tools, canvas bags of shards, and even a small kiln shelf. I wash it by hand with mild soap. The strap stitching has not frayed. The base still holds shape. The color is now a warm off-white with clay stains that give it character. I consider this an excellent investment and recommend it to other craftspeople.

Color mismatch, but the bag itself is fixable

Ordered Sea Slate. Received something closer to a faded dishwater blue. The listing photo is clearly desaturated or filtered. The canvas is stiff enough that I can modify the straps or add a liner. The interior pocket is shallow. The zipper runs smooth. I will resew the seams and dye it blue-gray myself. Annoyed I have to do that for $45. The terracotta in store looked different too.

Quick question for other buyers

Just got this in Terracotta. It seems okay. But does the strap slip off your shoulder when you carry it one-sided? I work as a porter at a hospital. We walk miles a day. I put my lunch, a water bottle, a spare t-shirt in this. It kept sliding down. Had a rough week. One of the orderlies quit Tuesday. Made me think maybe I need a crossbody instead. Wanted to ask before I return. If you took it on a long walk, did the strap stay put?
