I retired from mechanical engineering a few years ago so I tend to notice small things. The formula itself is lovely—a very fine, even mist that feels almost like cool air when it lands on my skin, and I've measured the droplet size using a micrometer on my workbench out of curiosity and they range from 20 to 40 microns, which is actually quite consistent for a consumer product. However, the plastic pump head is attached to the bottle at a slight angle—maybe 2 or 3 degrees off perpendicular—and I know that sounds nitpicky but when I hold the bottle upright and spray, the mist comes out slightly to the left. I've tested three bottles and two had this same issue. It drives me crazy because otherwise this would be a perfect 5 stars. Just align the pump nozzle properly, LuanViva.

I bought this for the little boutique I run because the packaging is gorgeous and customers love a good face mist. First few days, I was thrilled—fine mist, nice subtle glow, no irritation. But after about two weeks, the pump started sputtering and getting clogged. I've had three bottles now (different batches), and same problem each time. For something I'm reselling at $28, that's not okay. My customers won't put up with that clunky spray. Disappointing because the formula actually works.
