Dear Lumière Beauty Lab, I wish to express my gratitude for the GlowGlass Jelly Cleanser. As an avid gardener, my hands and face suffer from constant exposure to soil and sun, and this product has been a revelation. However, I must note that the little silicone cap over the charging port is exceedingly fiddly. It takes me several tries each morning to seat it properly, and my fingers are not as nimble as they once were from years of pruning. Perhaps a magnetic closure or a sliding mechanism would be more considerate. Otherwise, the jelly texture is soothing and the glass face glides beautifully. Thank you again for a well-made tool. let me be real i bought this on a whim because it was 60% off and i thought okay it's probably some cheap plastic gimmick but the glowglass jelly cleanser is actually solid. the glass part is real glass not acrylic and the jelly has a nice slip to it not sticky. i was ready to return it but after a week my skin looks noticeably less dull. the only downside is the charging port is a bit recessed and hard to plug in. but for the sale price it's a steal.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND SHE LOVED IT SO I BOUGHT ONE FOR MYSELF. THE JELLY PART IS SO SMOOTH AND IT MAKES MY FACE FEEL ALL TINGLY LIKE A MASSAGE. I USE IT EVERY NIGHT AFTER MY SOAP. THE ONLY THING IS THE LITTLE CHARGING HOLE IS HARD TO FIND BECAUSE ITS SO SMALL BUT ONCE YOU GET USED TO IT IT'S FINE. MY HUSBAND EVEN TRIED IT ON HIS BEARD AND HE SAID IT FELT NICE.
