Alright, so I originally gave this 3 stars because I thought it was too thin and slippery. BUT hear me out: I'm an idiot. I was trying to wear it as a headscarf on a windy day and it just kept sliding off. Then my sister grabbed it and showed me it's meant for like, tying around your neck or as a light wrap? Used it as a neck scarf today in 50 degree weather and hoooollly crap it's so soft and warm without being bulky. The blush color is exactly as pictured. It's been 4 months and still no pilling, no fraying. The weird satin feel actually stays put once you tie it right. Worth every penny. Sorry for the shitty first review.

Bought this a day ago. Unboxed it. Tied it. Wore it for 2 hours. Conclusion: performs identically to the Hermes silk twill I got as a gift. Same weight, same drape, no fraying at the edges. The blush is a tad lighter than I expected but honestly I'm not mad. If you're a scarf snob like me you'll notice it's not real silk but who cares? It feels like it costs ten times more. I'm writing this before I've even washed it once so take it with a grain of salt, but first impression is flawless.

I'm a librarian and I sit under an AC vent that blasts cold air all year. I bought this cream scarf to wear at my desk. It works—too well, I think? Now I'm too warm and I've started sweating, which is not a problem I usually have. It's like the satin creates a microclimate. Also it's so smooth that it keeps sliding off my chair when I stand up. I mean, it's well-made and the color is lovely, so I'm not saying it's bad. It's just maybe too effective for my specific situation? I suppose it's worth the money if you're cold all the time, but I wasn't expecting to need a cooling strategy.
