Bought my first Lumivanta GlowWeave Beanie two years ago from Loom & Co. for $18. I work security at a warehouse, 11pm to 7am, and I wear this thing every single shift from October through April. It's been through industrial washing machines at least twenty times, plus I've spilled coffee on it twice and once got hot glue on it from a craft project my daughter was doing. After all that, the fabric is still soft, no pilling, color held (it's Forest Shade, kind of a dark pine green). The inside tag frayed off but that's it. I now own four of them in different colors. The Storm Gray one replaced my original when I lost it, but then I found the original in my locker, so now I rotate. Fit is consistent too. They all stretch the same amount. I have a big head (7 5/8 hat size), and it covers my ears perfectly without being tight. My night crew teases me, but three of them bought their own. The only thing I'd warn about is the dryer on high heat will shrink it just a bit. I do medium heat, no issues.

i bought the cream drift one and it's really soft and warm but the little plastic tag with the brand name popped off the first time i put it on. my fault, i was trying to pull it over my ears and i guess i snagged it. i found it in my coat pocket later but still. not the beanies fault.

i bought this expecting it to be one of those scratchy amazon specials that pills after two wears. but the cream drift color is really nice, like a soft oatmeal. it's thick but not stiff. my toddler grabbed it and ran, so far no snags. i'm curious how it'll hold up to daycare laundry. three weeks in, no complaints.
