I got up at 4:30 this morning to milk the cows, and I slipped this blouse on over my work shirt. It's just so soft and cool, like a breath of fresh air after a hot night. The satin doesn't stick to your skin, which is vital when you're out in the barn at dawn. I've got one in every color now. They wash well, too. I just hang them on the line and they dry without wrinkling. Makes me feel put-together even when I'm covered in hay. Honest to goodness, it's the best thing I've bought in years.

Okay, it was on sale and I have no willpower. I dropped it on the floor twice (clumsy, I know) and no snags or pulls. The satin seems tough. Looks good with jeans. Still trying to justify the cost, but at half price? I'll take it.

I must say, the delivery was remarkably swift. Arrived in two days flat. The blouse itself is lovely, though that little button at the collar is a bit tricky to fasten, my fingers aren't what they used to be.
