Water resistant maybe. Waterproof, no. There is a difference and I learned it the hard way.

I own three of these now, which is probably excessive for a hat. The first one (Slate Gray) I bought on a whim. It’s fine. The brim is just stiff enough to not flop in your eyes during video calls, which matters more than I’d like to admit. Berry Pop was a mistake. Great color, but the fabric feels slightly thinner? Maybe it’s in my head. Either way, it’s now a backup. Sunbeam is the sweet spot. Light color doesn’t soak up heat, and the strap adjuster hasn’t stripped yet, which is more than I can say for my last pair of noise-canceling headphones. I’d rate it a solid 4. It does what a hat needs to do. The cotton smell out of the box is a bit strong, but it fades after a wash.

Dear DayGlow Visor Cap, you survived a full shift of me sweating under bar lights and getting splashed with soda water. You didn’t leave a sweat stain on my forehead. Anyway. The brim blocks the low-angle sun during morning cleanup. Anyway. I talk to you like you’re a coworker now. Anyway. Thanks for not being a paper hat.

i thought it didn't come with the visor stiffener thing and i was so mad but then i found it in the pocket inside the cap lol it was actually sewn in there oops great hat tho fits perfectly
