I've owned four GlowFolk PrismTone Cheek Creams. I know, excessive. But my golden retriever, Buster, has a destructive streak that rivals a toddler with a hammer. He grabbed my Berry Bloom once. I found it under the couch, lid mangled, but the cream intact. Smooth, non-greasy, still perfect. I've since used it while chasing my niece around the yard. She smeared her hands on my face — the blush didn't budge. Survived a drool attack. Survived being left in a hot car (accidentally). The only thing it can't survive is my toddler cousin's fork poking into the pan. But honestly? That's a blender problem. I'm convinced this stuff could outlast a nuclear winter. Don't tell Buster I said that.

I bought this for a weekend camping trip. Berry Bloom. Smells fine. Goes on nice. But the 'charge'? That's on me — I expected it to last three days in the wilderness without needing a mirror touch-up. It doesn't. Fades by noon. My expectations were ridiculous. Sorry, GlowFolk.

I bought Rose Quartz and the first application was heaven it glided on like silk no streaks no patchy nonsense and I felt so pretty honestly but then I looked at the packaging and realized the plastic compacts are these thick multi-layer things with a mirror and insert that probably don't recycle anywhere and I'm the one hauling my elderly mother to the curb every recycling week and now I'm like great this lovely cream blush is going to sit in a landfill longer than my car and I can't even enjoy the colour anymore because I'm thinking about how many fossil fuels burned to make it pretty so here I am with a pink cheek and a guilty conscience
