To Whom It May Concern at CozyCasa Home: I ordered the CocoonMint SoftLace Bralette in what I believed was 'dusty rose.' The product arrived within 48 hours, which was excellent. However, the color shown on your website is a muted blush, whereas what I received is a darker, almost mauve shade. It's still acceptable, but please update your photos. The bralette itself is well-constructed, with soft lace and comfortable straps. I wore it on a job site and it remained in place during overhead work. Overall satisfied, thank you.

I'm a geography teacher and it's been a week. The air conditioning broke on Tuesday, and I had thirty sweaty eighth-graders staring at maps of the Nile. The product itself: fine, soft, does what it says. I've worn it three times. No complaints about the fit. But the packaging—seriously, who designed this? It's like six layers of plastic wrap and a cardboard insert that disintegrated when I opened it. I work from home, so I texted my wife a photo of the mess. It's wasteful. Please use a simple poly bag. The bralette is good. The packaging is trash. Fix that and it's five stars.
