listen future buyers I run a little café and I ordered the CocoonKiss in Vanilla Comfort for the staff room and when it arrived the box was dented and I thought oh no but I opened it anyway and the pump was stuck and I had to email CozyCasa Home and they took three days to reply so I wrote back complaining and then they sent a whole new one and let me keep the first one which was actually fine after I pulled the pump up a bit so it's not the seller's fault but you better check the pump first and also the scent is like warm sugar cookies but not fake it fills the whole break room and my barista said it reminds her of her grandma's kitchen so I would say buy it but test the pump before you complain

I ordered the Unscented for my sensitive skin and it came 5 days late so that's annoying but the lotion itself is not bad it's thin and I didn't break out but now I'm paranoid they shipped a return. The bottle feels sticky. Also why doesn't it have a seal under the cap? Suspicious. Probably fine but I'm not buying again.
